Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email info@auda.com.co before sending anything back. Customers cover return postage, and a £7 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 21 business days (processing times vary by bank).
